POLICE are trying to find an accomplished dancer who has gone missing in Melbourne.
Anna Magrath was last seen leaving her family’s home in Bevan Court, Pakenham, after dinner on Thursday night.
The 21-year-old has featured in high-profile advertising campaigns and stage productions.
Police said Ms Magrath might be travelling in a silver Ford Territory, registered UBB-151.
She may have slept in the vehicle at a service station at Officer, east of Melbourne, where she was seen this morning.
Ms Magrath works with the Ministry of Dance company with owner Jason Coleman saying she was one of his most successful and reliable performers.
“She’s possibly the number one girl for bookings at the agency,†Mr Coleman said.
“There’s no way Anna would miss anything (willingly). She’s a delightful, amazing young lady. We’re all really worried. Devastated, in fact.â€
Mr Coleman said Ms Magrath had featured in a Guy Sebastian video and Bonds underwear ads, among many appearances.
“You’ve been looking at her for years and years,†he said.
“I think something medical may have happened. She’s gone 100 per cent off-line.â€
Ms Magrath is known to frequent the Pakenham, South Melbourne and Melbourne CBD areas.
“Police and family have concerns for her disappearance as it is out of character,†a Victoria Police statement said.
Anyone with information on Ms Magrath’s whereabouts can call Pakenham police station on 5945 2500.
