Welcome to an action-packed Monday:

1. The 17th richest person in Australia feels like a fraud. Mike Cannon-Brookes revealed at TedXSydney on Friday that he has a serious case of “impostor syndrome”, where he feels like he’s undeservedly achieved success and that it will all come crashing down after he is “found out” by someone. Read his advice for how to manage the common affliction.

2. Australian startup success Campaign Monitor is going through some upheaval at the top. The US-based CEO has just quit, and the two Australian founders have now stepped away from day-to-day roles and only contributes as non-executive board members. Read more on what’s going on at the email marketing tech firm.

3. Get ready to download like you’ve never downloaded before. Telstra is giving away free and unlimited wi-fi at more than 4000 public locations for tomorrow only – to anyone that has a wi-fi device — to celebrate its Air wi-fi network reaching one million sites. Read more on how to get connected.

4. The suburbs getting the NBN this year via world-first fibre-to-the-kerb technology have been revealed. However, only a few select houses will be trialling it in the short term before a full commercial rollout happens in 2018. Meanwhile, the consumer watchdog is ramping up its plans to keep the NBN retailers honest, calling for volunteers to have their broadband speed monitored.

5. Malcolm Turnbull’s hand-picked expert to transformation the government’s digital capabilities has now defected to the private sector. Fintech hub Stone & Chalk has signed Paul Shetler to advise startups and corporates on how to manage the change into the new digital economy, in his first gig since leaving the federal government’s Digital Transformation Agency last November.

In case you missed it on Friday afternoon: Melbourne startup Culture Amp closed a $US20 million capital raising round on Friday, while 10 lucky Australian fintechs and cybersecurity startups still looking for investment can score a free trip to Israel.
