Justin Bieber sent his Mosman fans into a frenzy of excitement on Friday after he blew his own cover by wandering the neighbourhood, revealing the luxury Balmoral slopes he has rented during his Sydney stay.
The Coronation Avenue residence was being rented by Adele last week as one of three potential residences for her stay, but she ultimately opted to stay in Hunters Hill.Â
The three-level house was withdrawn from the market when Adele touched down in Sydney by the selling agent Brendan Warner, of Raine & Horne Mosman, but has since been relisted on Domain.com.au with a $20 million asking price.Â
Justine Bieber is staying in a luxury mansion in Mosman while he is in town for his Sydney concert.
A local in Mosman said on Friday afternoon there were gangs of girls from the nearby Queenwood School for Girls running around the streets surrounding the house looking for the international pop star.
Word of Bieber’s stay in the exclusive suburb spread quickly on Friday after reports first surfaced through the local school network.
“He apparently walked across the road from his house to pat a dog, said hello to the neighbours and went to Maccas in Cremorne,†said a source on the condition of anonymity. “He was apparently at the Buena Vista Hotel last night.â€

Warner declined to comment on the high-profile guest at his listed residence, nor disclose the rental rate.
The luxury property is a contender to set a suburb record  if it sell for more than $20 million thanks to lavish high-end finishes and a cutting edge-design.Â
It is the creation of Cameron MacDonald, a London-based creator of luxury homes with turn-key offerings in Knightsbridge, Mayfair and now Balmoral.Â
The three-storey mansion is for sale for $20 million.
“This is a house built for billionaires, and by far the best fit-out internally of any house I’ve seen,†Warner told Domain last month. “It’s like a three-level penthouse with these harbour views.â€
The turn-key nature of it means everything is included, from the high-end finishes, seamless joinery and design by architect Harlan Redgen, bespoke furniture and a curated art collection.
