A CLASSY charity event ended in a violent rampage, with three people taken to hospital from a luxury home.

Palmbu on Saturday night took a sinister turn about 3am, when police showed up at the expensive house on Bynya Road in Palm Beach, north of Sydney, to break up fights.

A number of celebrities attended the event, including models and social media stars.

Police confirmed men, aged 23 and 24, were taken to hospital alongside a 26-year-old woman.

They were treated for minor injuries.

One of the men is believed to be Dylan Napa, a first-grade rugby league player for the Roosters.

A neighbour told the Daily Telegraph they heard a woman shouting about the same time police arrived and bottles were being smashed.

“This morning (Sunday) about 3am I heard a woman shouting at someone but I could not hear any voices shouting back then the next thing I heard was screaming and bottles breaking,” the neighbour said.

Hundreds showed up to the Palmbu event, where there was a DJ and view of the ocean.

The summer party is in support of the Vasculitis Foundation, which raises money for people with inflamed blood vessels.

The party is organised by Theo Chambers, an entrepreneur and chief executive of Shore Financial. He told the Daily Telegraph the violence started after the charity event closed and the two weren’t connected.

The neighbour said there were a lot of people dressed in costumes consuming alcohol.

“I am not sure if the alcohol was all being supplied or not but there were a lot of people in fancy dress bringing bottles of alcohol with them,” the neighbour told the Daily Telegraph.

“Everyone was in fancy dress but by the time they left they were wearing a lot less than what they arrived in.

“The music stopped at 10pm but the party continued on until the early hours of the next morning. You could hear a commotion with people talking and yelling and all the rest for hours.”

Police are calling anyone with information to contact the Northern Beaches Local Area Command or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
