A YOUNG girl has been hit by a bus outside a Queensland primary school.
Emergency services were called to Agnes Water State School south of Gladstone about 2.50pm.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a female child suffered serious leg injuries.
The girl is in a stable condition and was due to be airlifted to hospital just before 5.30am.
The Sunshine Coast Daily is reporting the girl is nine years old.
