Attorney-General Yvette D'Ath says the LNP is distributing report cards. But there's one grade below an "F" which is an "N".

Question Time is over!

Member for Callide Jeff Seeney says it's not a matter of privilege suddenly arising.

Headmaster Wellington declares: "Question Time has expired!" And then "No, we've still got one minute left."

Wishful thinking.

There's time for one more Dixer Request!

Mick de Brenni has an issue with the report card too, which uses images from parliament. He says the material is misleading.

And Leader of the House Stirling Hinchliffe says the report card distributed by the LNP breaks the rules because it has images from parliament in it, used for satire, and also includes a factual inaccuracy.

Hinchliffe is going to write a letter to the Speaker.

Hart has a point of order: His question was about the productivity report.

He asks will Queenslanders have higher electricity prices because of this?

Wellington says he's giving Bailey a degree of latitude in answering the question. There's that Christmas spirit again.

Oh wait, I take it back, Headmaster Wellington says Bailey has answered the question and tells him to sit down.

Member for Callide Jeff Seeney is back. But he gets another warning.

Mark Bailey jokes that Mr Hart's lengthy preamble was a bit like a Monty Python The Judean Peoples' Front Crack Suicide Squad.

Headmaster Wellington says he's concerned about opposition energy spokesman Michael Hart's lengthy preamble to a question and asks what's the question.

Someone yells out "He doesn't know!"

Education Minister Kate Jones says there's been a lot of talk about "report cards" today, so she's tabling the education department's "how to write a report card" guidance.

Member for Glasshouse Andrew Powell starts to ask the Transport Minister Stirling Hinchliffe a question about trains.

And then asks if Hinchliffe would like him to "tweet" him about it. Which is referring to this.

Speaker Peter Wellington is giving Hinchliffe "latitude" in how he'd like to answer the question.

Hinchliffe turns it all back around and calls for the LNP to release documents to the Strachan inquiry.

Hinchliffe says he welcomes any opportunities for Powell to share information.

Headmaster Wellington says: "And Question Times has .... some time to run."

Nope, not over yet!! Not getting out of it that easy. Laughs all around.

Member for GREENslopes Joe Kelly gets to ask a Dixer.

So here's a Reader Dixer Request for some GREEN Day.

Question from Ros Bates who tries to table an "epic fail report card" for Child Safety Shannon Fentiman while asking her a question about child safety.

Linus Power raises a point of order that there's rules against long-winded preambles to questions.

But Headmaster Wellington gives Power a warning because it was frivolous.

But Headmaster Wellington rules Bates's question out of order.

Headmaster Wellington tells Member for Lockyer Ian Rickuss to take a walk for 15 minutes.

That's three LNP MPs who've got the boot this morning, after earlier receiving a warning.

Question from Opposition Treasury spokesman Scott Emerson on the economy:

Treasurer Curtis Pitt is really happy about getting what he says is a serious, important question.

His answer canvasses Skilling Queenslanders for Work, Back to Work Package, Back to Work Youth Boost,

The Member for Hinchinbrook Andrew Cripps also has to walk - told to leave for 15 minutes.

Member for Lockyer Ian Rickuss repeatedly yells out: "WHY DO YOU HATE AUSTRALIAN WORKERS?" as Agriculture Minister Bill Byrne answers his Dixer.

Headmaster Wellington gives Rickuss a warning.

"He was being very provocative," Rickuss tries.

Byrne says he is trying to be provocative "That's the whole point."

Headmaster Wellington is quickly adding people to the naughty list.

He tells the government they'll join the LNP MPs on the naughty list if they play up too.

But he says the LNP MPs on the naughty list, may have been more readily identifiable.

Reader Dixer Request!

Frecklington asks the DP about infrastructure:

Does the Deputy Premier take responsibility for the jobs crisis that many people believe is from the failure to deliver $2 billion of the infrastructure it promised in its first budget?

Deputy Premier Jackie Trad says she wishes Frecklington could ask the question like she meant it.

She says the LNP sacked thousands of workers, talked down the Queensland economy, trashed the lives of Queenslanders.

Trad says the government is doing the work to build infrastructure and create jobs.

Deputy Premier and Infrastructure Minister, Jackie Trad gets a question.

Deputy Opposition Leader Deb Frecklington has a question for Deputy Premier Jackie Trad. A big cheer!

Dixer Request! It's about turtles, so this seems appropriate.
