REBECCA Judd and husband Chris are auctioning off their four-level Melbourne townhouse for charity.
The couple are hoping to get $1.9 million for the four-bedroom Prahran abode, which was the first property they bought together when they moved from Perth to Victoria, when Chris left the West Coast Eagles for Carlton in 2007.
They lived in the southeast Melbourne townhouse for about four years before moving out in 2013, just before baby number two, daughter Billie Kate, was born.
It was then leased out before the 33-year-old model and TV presenter decided to completely renovate and refurbish the property for season three of The Style School on the RebeccaJuddLoves.com blog.
Now, the Judds are selling 29 Hinton Lane with the proceeds to help a local drug and alcohol treatment centre, Windana.
Selling agent Michael Townsend of McGrath told news.com.au that the proceeds will help the couple acquire property close to the recovery centre, located in St Kilda, to provide transitional housing for former patients assimilating back into the community following treatment.
According to the listing on realestate.com.au, the new decor and furnishings come all inclusive with the home.
Described as a “luxurious inner city haven†the Prahran townhouse features multiple alfresco entertaining areas including vertical garden, a new marble kitchen with an island bench and integrated appliances, a private master bedroom spanning the entire top level, hardwood oak flooring and a fireplace.
The property will be auctioned on Sunday, December 4 at noon.
