Ferrell appeals to his fellow vibrant youth.

MILLENIALS just gained a new, honorary member and he’s all up on the lingo.

Will Ferrell recently recorded an ad for Hillary Clinton’s campaign and it’s safe to say he studied up for this role.

The video starts with the comedian-actor and “typical run of the mill millennial” hanging out with his “squad.”

He goes on to tell his fellow “vibrant youth” to step away from all of their social-media platforms including Snapchat, Instagram and Tinder so they can “keep it 100.”

While he tells us this, footage plays of him tapping away on a vintage flip phone so old the producers deserve credit for even locating one.

Ferrell’s outfit choice is also a sly dig at Trump. During the final presidential debate, Donald referred to Clinton as “such a nasty woman” which backfired on the nominee by sparking a trending Twitter hashtag and a T-shirt print that Ferrell wears in the video.

The video is informative as well as hilarious. He tells viewers their voting history is public record, “yeah that’s right bae,” so everyone (including your parents) can see if you have voted or not.

The scariest part of not voting, he tells viewers, “everyone might find out that you’re the opposite of on fleek,” that “you’re basic” or even worse, “that you’ve got no chill.”

Not voting in the upcoming election he warns, will also give millenials a serious case of FOMO (fear of missing out).

If Ferrell’s burgeoning greys weren’t enough to give away he isn’t actually an “average millennial” the video ends with the comedian struggling to pronounce Tinder while he asks “it’s bae right?”

The US presidential campaign is in its final days with the election scheduled for November 8.
