Peter Gleeson reckons he’s got the ending of Game of Thrones all figured out.

IT’S been more than two years since King Joffrey, played by Jack Gleeson, was brutally killed off in Game of Thrones — but he may have just uncovered how the hit show ends.

The 24-year-old Irish actor recently appeared at the NYC Comic-Con and revealed what he thinks will happen during the final episodes.

And it’s pretty plausible.

“This isn’t a spoiler, because I know zero about the show and I literally know nothing about what will happen,” Gleeson told the crowd.

“[A fan] came up with this theory that they told me — someone’s going to melt down the Iron Throne because it has the Valyrian steel that will overcome the White Walkers. I think that’s kind of a cool idea — the monarchy is literally dissolved.”

Gleeson left the show in 2014 when evil King Joffrey Baratheon was poisoned during his own wedding, and the actor says he was happy to go.

“My dad always said you should never be the last to leave a party. Then everyone is sleepy and cranky, and it’s awful. You should leave late but not too late so that the energy is still there. I feel like I left at the right time.”

Gleeson also explained why he doesn’t keep up with the latest episodes now that he’s no longer in them.

“There’s too much to catch up on. I haven’t a clue what’s going on there. It’s crazy. In my mind, all these characters are still alive, and everyone’s in this place, and those people are in that place, and they have these motivations — and now everything has been screwed around so much. It’s a completely different show,” he said.

“Maybe I should get into it. I hear it’s good. It always wins Emmys. I hear the acting is really good in it. Maybe I should give it a shot.”
