BRAD Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly reached a custody deal which gives her full custody and subjects him to random drug and alcohol testing.
TMZ reports that the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services made its recommendations which the couple are forced to either accept or fight it out in court.
It comes after the couple’s shock split after 10 years together and six children following an alleged incident on a plane in which Pitt reportedly yelled at their eldest son, Maddox.
TMZ reports that under the temporary deal, which only lasts three weeks, Jolie will receive full custody of all the children.
Pitt will finally be able to see the children but reportedly only with a therapist present. It is up to the therapist as to whether he is allowed further unsupervised visits or if they will continue to be monitored.
Pitt will also have to undergo random drug and alcohol testing. TMZ says an initial test on the Fight Club star came back negative for both.
The family will undergo counselling together and Pitt and Jolie will also have to have individual counselling.
After the three week period the Department of Children and Family Services can hand the matter over to the courts or impose new rules.
The couple have been married for two years. Their children include Maddox, Pax, Zahara Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.
