A BRISBANE man accused of killing his 21-month-old step-son in Caboolture in June has made a brief appearance in court.
William Andrew O’Sullivan, 35 from Hazeldean, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ray Rinaudo this morning where he did not apply for bail.
He has been charged with the manslaughter of Mason Jet Lee who was found dead in a Deanna Street home on Saturday June 11.
O’Sullivan’s legal aid lawyer Tim Clements told the court “there is no application for bail so I’m seeking to adjourn to court 20 (at Brisbane Magistrates Court)â€.
The case returns to court on August 8.

A 35-year-old Hazeldean man, believed to be Andrew O’Sullivan, will appear in Brisbane Magistrate Court today.
Mr O’Sullivan had been questioned by police for 12 hours immediately after the crime but was later released without charge.
A 27-year-old woman from Caboolture South and a 17-year-old man from Morayfield will also face court today.
