Video games retailer, EB Games, has opened its flagship Sydney store in Westfield Sydney, Pitt Street Mall.

Set in a 341sqm store, the company said it is their biggest EB Games and Zing Pop Culture store.

“Pop culture collectibles are a huge part of the diversification of the EB Games brand. Every pop culture fan wants to show off a piece of their fandom and this goes hand in hand with the gaming universe,” said Debra McGrath, marketing, brand, events and engagement director.

The gaming retailer held a grand opening for the flagship’s launch on Wednesday, earlier this week, offering attendee’s 20 per cent off.

Celebrity cosplayer personalities from around Australia were at the opening and Star Wars fans were treated with lightsaber demonstrations from Sons of Obiwan Saber Academy.
