Not only are the top two floors — both owned by Johns — up for sale but other residents in the building have banded together to sell the entire block of seven apartments.

The block has uninterrupted views of Bondi Beach and spans four levels, with six two-bedroom apartments set across three levels and one one-bedroom unit on the ground floor.

The sale is being handled by Seaton Jones of Ray White TaylorJones.

According to CoreLogic RP Data Johns bought the properties in 2001 and lived in the building for a short time before leasing the properties.

Johns was papped on the balcony of the Campbell Pde apartment in 2002 after receiving medical treatment in a clinic in Los Angeles for his crippling reactive arthritis.

Most recently Johns has made headlines for his bizarre public behaviour including an occasion during which he joined a table of strangers who recognised him telling the group “he was in a celebratory mood” and was “utterly wasted”.

He is currently splitting his time between Sydney and the US where he is reported to have “lost himself in the Los Angeles music scene”.
