HE MIGHT have won big in the New York Republican primary — but that doesn’t mean everyone is happy about it.
An street artist is taking his revenge on The Donald by placing cut-outs of his head on the city’s “courtesy counts†subway advertisements.
If you’re unfamiliar with the New York City subway, otherwise known as the MTA, its carriages are lined with these advertisements regarding appropriate behaviour while travelling on the train.
With Trump’s head placed on these advertisements, it’s no doubt a wider symbol about Trump’s views and policies about the United States and the world at large.
The ingenious idea is the brainchild of an anonymous artist who goes by the name of “Major Big Timeâ€, who told local news outlet Pix11 he “thought it would be funny to put pictures of Donald Trump over the people doing bad things on the subwayâ€.
“He’s a reality star, I don’t think we need a reality star President,†the artist said.
“That’s a slippery slope, we might have an emoji president next time.â€
