A disqualified learner driver has torn through a fence at Sydney airport overnight after coming off the road at high speed.

Four women were in the car when it crashed, with one passenger taken to hospital as a precaution.

The 21-year-old driver was taken to the local police station where she was found to be driving over the limit.

The 21-year-old underwent a roadside breath test which returned a positive result and she has since been charges with driving with a special range PCA and driving while disqualified.

The woman will face court later this month.
