KINGS Cross identity Fadi Ibrahim’s luxury Castle Cove home, where he survived a near-fatal shooting in 2009, has hit the market.
Mr Ibrahim was gunned down and shot five times as he sat in the front seat of his Lamborghini outside the home, which left him in a coma for several weeks.
His girlfriend at the time and now wife, Shayda Ibrahim, who was also in the car, was shot in the thigh. No one has been charged over the shooting.
Police later charged the couple, along with Mr Ibrahim’s younger brother Michael and others for conspiring to kill family rival John Macris after mistakenly believing he was behind the shooting of Fadi, but the charges were later dropped.

Set on a substantial corner block overlooking a golf course, the extravagant five-bedroom residence is a striking sight in the leafy upper north shore suburb, with its soaring grey and black walls ensuring a commanding presence on the prestigious stretch.
Inside, the four-storey home is awash with bespoke features including marble and travertine flooring with digitally controlled heating, a swimming pool complete with a water feature and eight colours of pool lighting, a barbecue area with an integrated kitchenette, plus a sophisticated 16 camera security system with fingerprint entry.
The whole-floor main bedroom suite alone hosts decadent additions including a large walk-in dressing room, media hub with a motorised TV lift, Caesarstone ‘crocodile dressed’ gas fireplace, and an ensuite with his and hers double marble vanities and spa bath.
The Ibrahims paid $1.05 million for the DA approved 1,021sq m site in 2006, which housed a classic four-bedroom 1960s home, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
They have since undertaken extensive renovations that saw the original property completely stripped back, leaving just the garage and pool.

Listing agent Craig Ireson of Ireson First National would not comment on the identity of the home’s owners, but said that they had been drawn to the peacefulness of Castle Cove, a “hidden gem†that is an ideal place to raise a young family.
They’re believed to be relocating to the eastern suburbs to be closer to their children’s schools.
“For all intents and purposes, it’s brand new property,†Mr Ireson said. “The finishes and construction integrity is just phenomenal.â€
