A DEVELOPER is hoping to bait homebuyers in search of a treechange with an ambitious project in central NSW that could be worth around $1 billion upon completion.
Located close to Mudgee, Caerleon Estate will offer more than 1600 Torrens title homes on semirural land, which will eventually have its own town centre, shopping village, medical centre and other facilities.

Nathan Davis, director of the developer Davis Stack, said the majority of early sales were to Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong residents looking for a more relaxed lifestyle.
