IT was inevitable that it was going to happen after its disastrous debut ratings, but Reno Rumble has already been bumped from its prime 7.30pm timeslot just two weeks after it first aired.
Nine has announced the big budget renovation show will be replaced by the return of Married At First Sight on Mondays and Tuesdays and The Big Bang Theory on Wednesdays.
Reno Rumble will move to 8.50pm on Mondays and 8.40pm on Tuesdays.
Mumbrella reports Married At First Sight will become the first M-rated program to air in the 7.30pm timeslot since classification rules were relaxed.
Reno Rumble debuted at just 395,000 viewers last Monday night, 397,000 on Tuesday and dropped to 375,000 on Wednesday.
That is compared to the 875,000 viewers the first episode garnered last year.
On Sunday night, even without My Kitchen Rules, the show only managed 440,000.
Married At First Sight which sees four couples meet for the first time at the altar on their wedding day was a surprise hit for Nine last year and averaged 1.19 million five-city metro viewers throughout the series.
