The fitness mum from Queensland, Australia, gave birth to a baby boy Jeremiah Thomas Duncan on Friday.

She took to Instagram to share an adorable picture of her newborn to her 397,000 followers.

“Healthy happy baby boy, absolutely nothing medically wrong with bubba, he is extremely alert and very strong shocking the staff here with his arms and neck strength,’ she wrote.

“Absolute champion on the boob & feeding very regularly no problem. My recovery is smooth also with no complications.”

Fitness inspiration Chontel continued by describing her husband has been a “rock” throughout the experience.

She added: “Also I BIG thanks for everyone for all of their supportive comments, I do read every single comment & it honestly makes me so happy and smile all day from your kind words.”

A month before she gave birth, she posed bump-to-bump with her friend Nat, who was four weeks ahead in her pregnancy, to show just how differently women can carry their babies.

Chontel explained: “Each woman carries different and this most certainly doesn’t mean one is doing something wrong or not healthy.”
