Maria Cassarino, of Stone Real Estate, said the deceased estate on the corner of Arthur St had a guide of $1.65 million to $1.8 million and was booked for auction on Saturday, February 20.

Ms Cassarino said buyers aged in their 20s to early 40s love untouched houses.
