Shannan trains the Harbord Valley Spartans rugby team in strength and conditioning and the couple belong to a local gym.

Five years after arriving in the beachside suburb the couple have two children under four and Kylie confesses she would love a third.

“I know we have one of each but I would love a third child,” she said.

“And a house with a swimming pool so the children could invite their friends back and I could cook up a feast.”

The pair earlier had their eye on a house in Freshwater they loved but they missed out.

They have now decided to auction their four-bedroom, two-bathroom home while they keep looking to upgrade in the area.

Ideally they would love Freshwater or Curl Curl, a larger garden for their son Max and daughter Milla and a swimming pool.

They are selling a seven-year-old house with enclosed front yard, alfresco back area with expansive decking and barbecue area and a cubby.

“It would suit a young family,” Shannan said.

Inside there is a formal lounge, formal dining area, casual family area, gas and Caesarstone kitchen.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms with the main bedroom having its own bathroom and balcony.

The Harbord Rd property is booked for auction on Saturday December 12 through Ray White Freshwater and it has a price guide of more than $1.5 million.
