CANTERBURY forward Frank Pritchard is to front a specially-convened judiciary hearing on Tuesday night in his bid to play in Friday’s NRL semi-final against Sydney Roosters.
Pritchard will contest his dangerous contact charge and the NRL has agreed to bring the hearing forward from the usual Wednesday evening slot so the Bulldogs can have earlier clarity about his availability.

The 31-year-old was cited by the match review committee for kneeing St George Illawarra playmaker Gareth Widdop in the back while contesting he ball in his side’s 11-10 golden point elimination final win on Saturday.
If found guilty, Pritchard will sit out the Allianz Stadium clash with the Roosters and may have played his last game ahead of a move to English Super League side Hull FC next year
