In this video I travel to the Salone del Gusto which is the Slow Food movements festival that is held every two years in Turin. One of the major attractions at Salone del Gusto was the Ark of Taste which was a stand that exhibited over 2,000 food products from around the world that are hardly ever eaten or that have been forgotten.
