Ingredients
2 Cups of self raising flour
1 1/4 Cups of sugar
1 Teaspoon of mixed spice
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon sugar
1/2 Cup of milk
1/2 Cup of oil
2 Eggs
150 Grams of pumpkin puree
Add frosting or icing over the top
Decorate with whatever you like
