Poo's a friend of the Food Tube family and she's had a really tough time of it lately as her kitchen suffered a devastating fire. Her cooking school, her home, her parents home and the homes of many neighbours were destroyed. 3 / 4 boiled eggs cut in half
4 teaspoons fish sauce
4 teaspoons lime juice
2 chillies, diced
1 teaspoon palm sugar
2 spring onions (cut into long pieces)
1 tomato (cut into wedges)
half a cup of chopped coriander leaves and stalks
2 teaspoons red onions sliced
