BASE
1/2 vegetable stock cube
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 heaped teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon creamed coconut
2cm piece of ginger (very finely grated or sliced)
1 teaspoon cornflour (mixed with a splash of cold water)
NOODLE, VEG & PROTEIN
1 x 150g vac-packed cooked noodles
1/4 of a red pepper (finely sliced)
2 tablespoons frozen peas
1 handful of baby spinach
4 cooked peeled king prawns (halved) or Jamie suggests cubes of tofu or strips of steak if you like
TOPPINGS
1 handful of fresh coriander leaves
1 wedge lemon
