Eyebrows are the most important part of makeup. Eyebrows frame the face. Makeup is incomplete without properly shaped and filled eyebrows. Most Indians have black eyebrow hairs. So if one uses black colour to fill in the eyebrows the effect will be very harsh. For those living in hot and humid places should set their makeup with powder or it will just come off with sweat.
