Recently I visited the beautiful city of Florence in Italy. My friend Barbara took me to a fantastic Food Hall in the centre of Florence called Mercato Centrale. We also visited a vineyard in the Chianti region called Castel Ruggero - http://www.castelruggero.it/
The d'Afflitto family who own and run the vineyard were so incredibly kind to us and we left with bottles of wine and home made Passata, I hope to visit the family again soon.
