What do you get when you combine a slow cooker and chicken? Perfection! The best chicken cuts for the slow cooker is thigh meat. It has terrific flavor and won't dry out like breast meat can. You can use either bone-in or boneless thighs. Just be sure to remove the skin, if it's left on the sauce gets oily. Simply add the chicken thighs to the slow cooker along with the other ingredients called for in the recipe. Turn on the slow cooker and you're good to go. Boneless thighs will take a bit more time to cook than bone-in.
