Fifteen apprentice Joe Gray and I were invited to cook at a special dinner that was held in Geraldton, Western Australia by our friends at Hope Community Services. Based on the same principles as San Patrignano - the incredibly successful long term drug rehabilitation community in Italy, Hope are now establishing a similar community near Geraldton. Joe and I were so happy to help cook at the dinner that was held for the local community to let them all know of the exciting plans that Hope has. Thanks so much to Kelly and all of her great staff from Culinary HQ for working so hard to put the dinner on and of course to everyone at Hope for the invitation for Joe and I to be involved.
