How To: Warrior Poses 1, 2, and 3.
This is a great pose for your large dog to assist in, and for your small dog to watch!
Warrior 1: Front leg forward above your heel and back leg is on an angle. Deep breath and bring your arms over your head.
Warrior 2: Open hip up and keep gaze forward with your arms spread out.
Warrior 3: Introduce your dog in front of you sitting by your leg. To achieve better balance place your hands on the dogs shoulders and stretch your back leg in the high. Hold the pose as long as you feel comfortable. Bring your back leg down to the ground. Release this pose by brining your back leg down. Bring your up and end with an exhale.
