Begin the apple slaw recipe by cutting two apples into matchsticks and combining with two tablespoons of lemon juice, one tablespoon of olive oil, and a quarter cup of fresh nipped taragon. Flavor the slaw recipe with salt and pepper to your liking, and toss. For this pork recipe, try using a three ounce piece of meat per sandwich. Place the pork between two layers of plastic wrap, and with the smooth side of a meat mallet, gently pound the pork until an even thickness is achieved. For the breading, you'll need 1/2 cup of flour seasoned with salt and pepper, two beaten eggs, and finally 1/2 cup of Panko bread crumbs - all in three separate bowls. In order to bread the tenderloin for your pork recipe, first completely coat the pork in flour, followed by the eggs, then Panko bread crumbs. Add the pork to heated vegetable oil in a large frying pan and cook for three to four minutes on each side until golden, then remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
