Earlier this year 2005 Jamie Oliver's Fifteen graduate Joe Gray and I cooked at a Pop Up Supper Club in Denmark Western Australia. It was a key event as part of the Taste Great Southern Food & Wine Festival. We cooked for 80 people at the beautiful Castelli Winery and everyone loved the food and wine. In this video Joe and I visit some of the wonderful sites and meet some great people in the Denmark region.
