The lovely Lauren recently ran a Supper Club to raise money for the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation. We were honoured to have three of the current Jamie's Fifteen Apprentices working with us on the night, Andrew, John and Thamasina. The food that Lauren cooked was spectacular and all inspired by Lauren's time spent working in the USA. All of the money that Lauren raised goes back into the Fifteen Apprentice programme.
