Individuals in Hoboken, New Jersey, pushed a pickup truck through floodwaters on Friday, July 10, after Tropical Storm Fay hit the East Coast. A tropical storm warning was in place for Northeastern coastal states, including Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
