For those who have already bought the newly released Dyson V11 — which happens to be the brand’s most powerful, intelligent cord-free vacuum — it’s probably best not to read on.
Because as part of eBay’s Plus Weekend flash sale, the popular household appliance will be up for grabs at a hugely discounted price.
The V11, which hit shelves just a few months ago, will be available for a limited time for $799 — about $400 off the regular price of $1199.
“We know there are certain brands that Aussies just love and that’s why we’re excited to reveal our hottest Plus Weekend mega deal — the latest and greatest Dyson V11 Absolute with a saving of $400,” eBay Australia’s Julie Nestor told news.com.au.
When the product was released in March, Dyson said the device has the strongest battery ever built as well as an intelligence system that analyses the ground it’s cleaning and interacts with you as you clean.
It also has a LCD screen and it senses and adapts to different floors, with real-time performance updates.
It will be available at the reduced price to eBay Plus members on Saturday from 10am — along with a long list of other deals.
At last year’s Plus Weekend event — which eBay bills as a 48-hour shopping marathon — the Dyson V10, Samsung S9 and the GoPro Hero 6 sold out within minutes.
The same is expected to happen when this year’s sale kicks off with discounts across a range of brands and categories including electrical.
People have been raving about the Dyson V11 since its release, so it’s probably best to get in quick to avoid disappointment.
“We’re excited to bring back Plus Weekend and reward our community of eBay shoppers with deals that are out of this world,” Ms Nestor said.
“Plus Weekend gives members the chance to get their hands on the biggest discounts from the best-known brands, but make sure you get in quick, the mega deals are only while stocks last,” she added.
HOW TO GET THE DEALS
To snag the deals, you have to be an eBay Plus member, which costs $49 for 12 months in the club. Being a member gives you access to the deals that will be announced at various times across the weekend. Here’s some of the best buys up for grabs with the biggest savings.

If the Dyson vacuum isn’t what you want, perhaps the Supersonic hair dryer (pink) is
the way to go. It’s been reduced to $375 from $499 — 25 per cent off.
On Saturday from 10am, you can nab yourself a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3 wireless noise cancelling headphones for $289 — a saving of $130.
If you’ve been eyeing off an airfryer after reading about the woman who lost 8kg in one month with hers, you can score a Philips Twin TurboStar Airfryer for $300, down from $449.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 (128GB) will be on offer for $899 from $1339 — a 33 per cent saving. It will be available for purchase on Saturday from 3pm, as will the Silver Bullet Attitude straightener, which is now more than half price at $84.15.
On Sunday from 10am, coffee lovers will be able to get the new Breville the Barista Express Coffee Machine for just $462 — more than 30 per cent off (was $679).
The Body Shop Spa Of The World Firming Selection will be just $1 — down from $35.
Aussies signed up to the program will also receive 15 per cent off millions of additional items from retailers including Myer, Big W and Baby Bunting.
And in an eBay first, there will be eight deals that are just 99 cents.
