WITH 33 young men to take under their wing, ranging from Year four to Year 12, the Robinvale Clontarf Academy has a busy school year ahead.

Working exclusively with Koori boys, the academy was established at the Robinvale P-12 College in 2010, and operations officer Travis Bussell said watching the participants transition into young men during that time has been a life-changing experience.

“The Robinvale academy is one of the few Clontarf programs in Australia that takes on students at such a young age,” he said.
